用TPR活动法生动愉快地让学生适应上课，开始进入状态，同时更是一个对以前的学习内容的复习，为下面的学习内容做铺垫，为学生展开新内容提供知识基础，也为课堂气氛增色不少。
（二）词不离句、单词与句子教学相结合：每一个单词或词组出现后作相应的运用，以及替换练习，这是一种语言的内化和创造过程，使学生更易接受和理解单词，并有利于单词的运用以及接下来的会话教学。
（三）小组学习法：每四、五人一组，在互动中互相启发产生思维的碰撞，同时注意保证每个学生都有机会参与学习、而培养学生和伙伴合作的意识和策略，提高人际交往能力。学生也在独立与合作的交织中调控了自身的学习，变得自信、自强。
（四）练习法：最后设置一个读短文和写的练习，让小学英语从听说走向听说读写，为以后的“写”做准备。
（五）竞争教学法：本节课中两大组竟赛描述My friend。 可以激发他们的积极性，使他们将注意力高度集中在所学内容上，提高学习效率。
四、说教学过程
本堂课我大体上分为四大块；
（一）热身和复习
安排Let’s do 和 Look and say 。
这一过程既是学生复习旧的语言知识，为下一步学习作好铺垫，也是通过TPR活动让学生把所有的注意力集中到课堂中来，为英语学习创造了一种良好的氛围。
（二）新课呈现
1，运用复习中的旧知引出新知，long hair ，short hair。学生容易接受和理解，并及时运用。In our class。 Who has long hair ？。Who has short hair。？
2，运用黑板上的人物图形，紧接着教授strong 和 thin 通过图片中人物的对比学生比较容易理解，并及时运用。Who is strong？ Who is thin？ 用学生身边的人使学生说得亲切，熟悉，更易接受，易于信息的接受和生成。
3， Let’s chant 及时巩固新学的两组词汇 long hair， short hair ，strong， thin。 并为下一个单词quiet创造一个情镜，由大声的朗读转为安静的场景。
4，quiet的教学，利用场景让学生明白安静的意思，再分析人物，由场景的安静转入描述人物的文静。让学生逐个理解，并注意发音。让学生看清教师的口型再读，突破难点。
5，听录音，同桌共找，后再跟读
听音共找是比试，以促进其认真听并且积极辩音，又能让学生自觉做到眼、耳、手、脑共到，跟录音则是让学生接触到有英语本土味道，较纯真的语音，模仿地道的语言、语调。这对与我们这些没有在大的语言环境中学习语言的学生来说非常必要，特别是教师本身在这方面有欠缺，更应让学生多听录音。
（三）趣味操练
趣味操练以My friend为主线来安排：
①描述教师的朋友（看图片），让学生会用一个一个句子描述friend的外貌特征。
②让学生描述自己的friend，由一个个句子提升到几个句子或是一小段话。经过小组讨论，相互交流，合作学习，学会说一段话。
③再由说一段话过渡到阅读并理解一段话（四年级的学生还比较好动，注意易分散，爱表现自己。希望得到老师的认可和表扬，而比赛是最能引发学生的兴趣，发挥学生学习的主动性；使他们的注意力始终集中在课堂上，同时也培养了学生的合作竞争意识）所以在操练时始终结合分大组“比赛”激励学生来说，大胆的表述。
（四）巩固和延伸：
①准备了一个写的练习，选用词汇，写全短文〈发挥学生的创新精神，给学生一个展示自己的舞台，更是为以后的写作作准备，真正落实英语教学的听、说、读、写〉。
②描述自己的"家人，扩大所学词汇运用的方面，使学生更好的在生活中运用词汇。

在这学期的教学工作中，我自始至终以认真、严谨的工作态度，勤恳、坚持不懈的工作精神从事英语教学。我积极响应学校的各项号召，积极参加政治学习，认真领会学习内容，以教师职业道德规范为准绳，严格要求自己。在教学中，能够做到为人师表，关爱学生，帮助学生对英语学习充满学习热情和信息，以健康文明的形象言传身教。
一、坚持认真备课，对于这个年级的英语教学，如果不认真研究教法和学法，结合教材和学生的实际情况来教学，就会使学生失去对英语学习的兴趣。兴趣没了，英语自然也不会学好。因此，我对教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，勤于钻研。倚靠我校高三年级备课组，积极向经验丰富的教师请教教学思路，认真讨论每一套集体备课产生的教学案，力争做到一丝不苟，发挥工匠精神，对教学案反复地进行打磨。使我们最终呈现给学生的学案一定是为我们学生量身打造的教学案。
二、努力增强我的上课技能，提高教学质量，使讲解清晰化，条理化，准确化，情感化，生动化，做到线索清晰，层次分明，言简意赅，深入浅出。在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性，加强师生交流，充分体现学生的主体作用，让学生学得容易，学得轻松，学得愉快；注意精讲精练，在课堂上老师讲的尽量少，学生动的尽量多；同时在每一堂课上都充分考虑每一个层次的学生学习需求和学习能力，让各个层次的学生都得到提高。
三、完善批改作业：布置作业做到精读精炼。有针对性，有层次性。为了做到这点，我常常到各大书店去搜集资料，对各种辅助资料进行筛选，力求每一次练习都起到最大的效果。同时对学生的作业批改及时、认真，分析并记录学生的作业情况，包括每一次周练，统练，模拟。结合智学网系统对学生的问题做出分类总结，进行透彻的评讲，并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法，做到有的放矢。
四、积极推进素质教育。新课改提到要以提高学生素质教育为主导思想，为此，我再教学工作中并非只是传授知识，而是注意了学生能力的培养，把传授知识。技能和发展智力、能力结合起来，在知识层面上注入了思想情感教育的因素，发挥学生的创新意识和创新能力。让学生的各种四肢都得到有效的发展和培养。
总之，在今后的工作中，我会更加努力学习，提高自身素质，严格要求自己，完善自我，以百倍的信息与努力去迎接未来的挑战。

理科班的多数学生讨厌背单词，他们最大的难关就是单词关，词汇量少，严重影响了他们对英语的学习兴趣、针对这一点，我在日常的教学中特别重视学生对词汇的学习与积累，要求单词每课过关，并且每课都进行单词听写，不断督促学生多背单词，短语及一些好的句子、为了提高他们的积极性，这学期我还要求班上每个学生，每天轮流上台带读英语单词、

俗话说“铁打的学校，流水的学生”，我对这句话的认识是这样的：老师传授的知识体系可能没有根本性的变化，但是学生是一届一届有自己的特点的。因此，要在教育教学过程中，不能用一套方式对待不同的学生，要持续教学的新鲜感，老师的教学要为学生的学习服好务，引好路。在新的学期里感谢领导为我的思考，同时根据学校工作需要，我服从了领导的安排，我又新接手了一个初二年级两个班级的英语教学工作。虽然最近几年来，我一向在教初二和初三的英语课，对于课本有必须程度上的熟悉，对学生心理特点有必须的掌握，但我觉得“岁岁年年花相似，年年岁岁人不同”。因此我在教育教学过程中依然认真学习，研究教法。正因为有了以上的认识，对本期的教学我有了如下的作法，可归纳为三个分析与三个提高：
1.分析教材，提高课堂效益。
虽然几年来我校一向采用仁爱教材，在教学中积累了必须的经验，但是每年该教材中也有相当的一部分会做出调整和变化。这种调整往好了说是适应新形势，往不好了说是没有个稳定性。因此，在拿到新教材之后，我就着手比较新教材与前两年我教初二时教材的不同之处。我认真地分析与思考对待新教材的教学方法上的改变，在对具体的课文操作上，哪个部分务必详讲，哪个部分能够略讲，哪些部分能够整合，哪些部分能够调整教学顺序，对这些资料我作到了心中有数，并在教学中得以体现与实施，并不断根据学生的特点予以改善。下面我谈一下我对于这些学生特点的认识。
2.分析学生，提高学生潜力。
根据以往的经验，我认为初二这个年级对于学生来说是一个比较重要的阶段，由于身心的急聚发展变化，带来了种种发展的可能性，既是发展的危险期，也是英语学习的低谷期，同时也不可避免的成为教育的关键期。面临着学习习惯的进一步养成，而学习难度进一步加大，但是还没有初三的物理与化学的压力，同时，逆反心理也渐渐变强的阶段。因此，我们所看到的初二学生常常是学习状态不好，而把老师的批评与教育当成了对他们的不尊重，容易受到不良风气影响等等，但同时，他们的身上又有很多优点值得我们去发现与激励。过去种种的经验与教训反复在告诫我们，初二的是学生的成长发展的转折点。因此，我不断的分析学生的特点，改变我的教学方式与方法，吸引学生的课堂注意力、激励学生的进步。
刚刚得知接手这个班级的消息时，学生还没有上学，我到班主任的那里借来了两个班级的同学上学期期末成绩单。透过比较成绩单，我就发现了，并在本学期的教学过程中，和两个班的同学接触中逐渐清晰地认识到了两个班的差异和特点。这届初二的学生由于在初一的时候由两个老师来教，不同的老师，塑造了不同的对于英语的学习方式，但是在新学期里，对于新的老师，新的学习方式调整理解的还不到位。同时，我还有一点的体会，学生的对于学习的方式和学习习惯在第一时间已经养成，如果想要对其有所调整，真的是很难的。
二年一班的学生整体不错，中等生差距不大，可塑性很大，有提高的可能性。学生比较活跃，学习用心性比较高，认真听讲的过程中，经常问一些问题，这样老师的教学思路也很流畅，在解决问题中，师生都得到了提高。
二年二班的学生两极分化明显，成绩好的学生表现个性突出，成绩不好的学生在学习目标、课堂纪律、完成作业方面也不是很好，另外，经常有几个学生有自己的听课思路，经常不恰当的提出几个问题，影响教学。整体上来看，不善于提出问题。但是，好的学生有吃不饱的现象。
综合了两个班的不同特点，我作了这样的调整，将一班的讲课进度排在二班之前，这样，在一班学生提出了知识上的问题，我们共同解决了问题之后，到二班我就能够避免在教学中出现一些不必要的问题，讲得更深入，更好提高课堂教学效果。
在对待每一个学生的问题上，我开学初试着帮他们拟定学习上的目标，并在教学中经常介绍学习上的方法，介绍初二与初一不同的学习方式与做题技巧，同时，也举例说明学习上成功的例子与失败的教训。这样学生对英语学习有了认识了，对老师有了认可。
在教学过程中，我充分认识到了“独木难成林”的好处，在教学过程中，我得到了两位班主任，各位科任和家长的信任与支持，也使我的教学工作取得了必须的成绩，减轻了一部分压力。例如，在对高雪的教育过程就体现了这一点，高雪的成绩处于中游，讲课过程中我也个性的给这部分学生机会，在课上关注的也多一点，由于她的学习习惯不好，虽然我可能没有对她进行提问，但是对她的小动作关注的较多，这样一来，给别人的印象就是老师总批评高雪，而批评了两次之后，高雪就有不同意见了，说老师没有给她留面子。我觉得她的学生会*的身份没有让她变得更优秀，而是更顾及她在大家眼中的形象。为此，我没有在课上再当面批评她了。而是，课后找她谈了几次，讲明白了“形象不是靠别人给的，而是自己得来的，靠学习，靠表现得来的”，但效果不明显。之后，在班主任的协助下，我又找她谈了一次。之后，她稳定了一些日子，但在这些日子里，也是老毛病不断，总是借故和他人说话，上课不认真，总爱趴在桌子上，以她为中心，影响了一批人，为此，我当机立断，找到高雪家长的电话，请他到学校来，协助教育。我和班主任袁刚向家长通报了高雪的表现及我的想法，得到了家长的支持与帮忙，高雪上课的状态进一步好转。期望她有更
大的进步。但是，回想此事，我也有别的想法，像高雪家长这样负责的还好，像高雪还能听家长的话的还好，我所教的初二学生中有一部分学生家长根本不在身边，有的由爷爷奶奶等岁数很大的长辈管理，有的在人家住宿，这样的学生的管理成为了我们所应对的一大难题。还有学生不服从管教之后，我们有什么相应的措施吗?我们都就应用心的寻求突破和教育的新方式。
虽然教学上，根据不同的班级用了不同的教学方式与方法，但也有许多的相似之处，我总觉得，班级中的中等生是最值得老师投入精力的。因为，他们提高了，优生能够更加的提高，而也能给比他们差一点的学生以鼓舞，带动全班的学生提高。在中等学生的培优方面我做了超多的工作，准备课时的重点在他们，讲课的重点在他们，提问最多的是他们，找谈话最多的是他们。
3.分析自我，提高教学水*
只有清楚的认识了自我，才能进一步的寻求突破和成功。我教了多年的初二、初三教材，研究过中考的试题，对于考试的方向，讲课的方式构成了必须的套路，但是有些该成形的没有成形，不需要墨守成规的没有变化。因此，我在教学过程中注意了调整和改变。这些也因此成为了我教学中的亮点与应当发扬的地方。
在英语的课堂上知识信息量大，潜力要求高，英语课堂光凭耳朵听和眼睛看是远远不够的。作为英语老师，应当科学地指导学生做好英语笔记，培养学生成为能够自主学习的学习者，增强持之以恒、终身学习的潜力与意识。那么，如何指导学生做好英语笔记，高效地学习英语呢
我在英语教学实践中做出了一些有益的尝试，认识在提高，经验在逐渐的积累，开始教学的几年里，我也要求学生记笔记，记录老师讲课的重点，学生记得零散，不系统，同时并没有加强检查，最后有一部分学生根本没有记笔记。为此，我接下来的学期中就要求每位学生要有笔记本，同时，加强了检查，这样，人人教有了笔记本，但是，检查后发现学生的学习潜力不同，有时笔记的准确性都受到影响。学生笔记记的不准确，那么记忆起来会有负作用的。对此，我又进一步的调整了要求与作法，学生务必与我的板书一致。这样做的好处是加强了知识的准确性，学生的注意力也集中了，但有一点问题，就是效率太低。
在本学期中，我继续的在探索英语笔记的好记法。结合以前对于此事的思考，我尝试了一个新的操作方法。我将笔记当中的知识点进行了排序，选出了务必要记住的知识点，我发挥了自己打字比较快的长处，将第一课的重点知识点打印出了一份，减少了学生在课堂中背诵笔记过程中出现的错误之处。这样，每一课的笔记都延续前一课的知识点的次序，提问起来很有效率。学生也能够结合我的统一笔记整理自己的个性化的笔记。这是因为每个人的英语基础、学习环境、学习习惯、学习经历都不一样，对英语学习的认识也不一样，学生的笔记也不可能在形式上千人一面，资料上千篇一律，我对学生的要求是在记笔记时也应充分体现个性，将英语学习所具有的个人好处融进课堂笔记，记录在补充笔记当中。透过自主的学习、整理和丰富课堂笔记，让英语课堂笔记成为他们自己英语知识的.百科全书，这样课堂笔记才能实用、有效。打印笔记的准备工作及打印的过程，虽费时费力，但是为了学生的进步，付出也是值得的。
在坚持中，我也有懈怠的时候，当笔记打到200多条的时候，那个工作中有很多的事情要忙，最累了，正是那时我得到了组内其他人的鼓励，因此坚持了下来。当打完后一算，整个三个单元的笔记就有300多条，还不算单词，排除重复的资料，估计可能到达20xx左右吧。可见中学四年，学生要在英语上记多少资料，投入多少的时间。
对于学生学习效果的检测除了考试外，主要还有两个方面，课后作业的完成状况和提问的状况。对于课后的作业，我布置了比较个性化的作业与练习，能够在单词提问中全对的学生免写全部单词，对于不对的学生则要求抄写必须的数量。这样节省了学的好的学生的时间，也对学得不好的学生有促进。后期在操作中改为能听写对哪个词，免写哪个词。这样所有学生有关于记单词的用心性都被调动起来了。每一天都有至少30多的学生来到办公室里听写和提问，他们更有时间将机会去巩固其它的知识，提高自己的潜力。
由于对于学生的留作业与练习的尺度有些单一，有部分学生完不成练习，这样给人一种每一天他的练习多的印象，今后还得进一步改善，对下学期留练习的方式的改变方式我此刻已经有了一些思路了。
从前我对于课堂提问环节运用的不好，没有起到督促学生复习的作用。为此，我想了一些操作办法，经过实践，得到了必须的成效，也有待于今后的改善和提高。具体作法如下：
我将班级分为八个小组，然后，我写了1到8个数字在8张小纸片上，上课前，我抽出一张小纸片，按纸片上数字提问对应的组。这样，学生们在课堂都能够认真的准备，防止被抽到。因为被抽到的可能性大，组内的同学为了小组的荣誉用心背诵，互相督促，学习气氛较从前有了较大的改善，学生的热情很高。透过这样的操作学生的记忆知识点的用心性更高了。
4.分析成绩，提高课堂实效
每一次考试之后，在陶续龙的组织下，我们几位任课老师都坐下来研究学生的成绩起伏变化，同时，改变了以往老师分析完就结束了的作法，变成了趁热打铁，立即找到重点的学生来谈学习上的要求。这样，学生在一次次的谈话中得到了提高，也有了点滴的变化，上课的状态进一步变好。
这学期的教学任务对我来说，真的很重，由于前面的教学按部就班的进行，中间又有外出听课、出课等事情的冲击，感觉后期教学时间不足，导致复习时间很短，唯一让人庆幸的是我们*日里的工作是扎实的。针对这种状况，我下学期的工作要提高效率，注重效益，及时的测试以掌握学生真实水*并提出对策。
5.其它工作方面
在学期中，我还带了一位徐爽这个实习生两个星期，徐爽听课时的状态让我再次体会到了自己当实习生时的热情，这两个星期里，徐爽几乎听了我这个期间的全部的课，我还和她共同听课别的老师的一些课，在每节课后，我们都会进行交流，分析对讲课过程的想法。在最后的几天里，我还给了她讲课的机会。让她以她备课的方式在初二讲了课。带实习生是我的荣幸，也感谢领导的信任。我也相信在这段时间当中，我不仅仅再次体验了当学生的完美，也学到了许多的东西。
本学期的几次外出听课，我也用心参加，因为同时农村中学，听课中取得的经验更有推广好处。因此，对这样的机会我十分的珍惜。听课后，我将他们的讲课方式借鉴到我的课堂教学当中，取得了较好的效果。但学了很多之后，我也体会到不能“画虎不成反类犬”，不能让自己的课堂成了“四不像”，谁的都像，但什么也不是。必须要有借鉴，但也必须要有自己的特色，在很多方面都是这样的，这是我的认识。
回顾自己教学工作，还存在着一些不足，如本学期和学业生的沟通时间少，多数的工作尽是在写材料了，占用了超多的课前准备和课后辅导的时间，也由于我没有很好的处理好写材料与课后辅导学生的关系。自己的情绪还是易受到班级内学习状态不好的学生的影响，今后要注意克服，尽量调动学生的学习用心性，对影响教学的学生尽量尽快处理，或警告后课后去处理，免得占用课上时间。
“一年中考四年抓”，这句话我记在心中，落实在实践中，应对我所教学生初四时可能面临的严峻形式，我只有用更加热情的工作来尽量提高他们的水*和成绩。

I.备课、学生和班级
教学就是教与学。这两者是相互联系、不可分割的。如果有教学，就必须有学者。学生是被教育的主体。因此，了解和分析学生的情况，有针对性地进行教学，对于教学的成功至关重要。如果你不了解学生对教学的重要性，只专注于学习书籍和教材，想办法制定法律法规，那就很容易一针见血。课堂生动，学生易于理解。课前要了解学生的实际情况：
一方面，农村学生的英语听说能力相对较弱，教学采用全英语教学，学生难以适应。另一方面，（1）班的学生相对安静，大多数是中学生，而尖子生相对较少。因此，如果你说得太深，你就不能照顾到整体。然而，第（2）班的学生更积极、更具攻击性。虽然优秀学生的比例很大，但也有少数中学生。我在备课时也注意到了这一点，所以教学效果更理想。由此可见，了解和分析学生的实际情况，实事求是，分析具体问题，因材施教，这对教学效果有着直接的影响。这就是教育学中提到的“在准备教学方法的同时准备学生”。这一理论已经在我的教学实践中得到了验证
在教学中，备课是一个必不可少且非常重要的环节，为学生和教学方法做好准备。备课不充分或不充分将严重影响课堂气氛和进取心。因此，我每天都要花大量的时间备课，认真学习教材和教学方法，如果不满意就不停止工作。尽管这很难，但事实证明它是值得的。
一堂准备充分的课对学生和老师都有好处。我仔细研究了课文，找出了重点和难点，并准备有针对性地发言。为了让学生动起来而不呆板，我为此准备了很多教具，在教学时我有一个计划。相反，当我没有认真备课时，课堂气氛沉闷，教学效果不好。与此相比，认真备课对教学非常重要。异常对于学生不熟悉、感觉困难的外语英语来说非常重要

由于教学经验颇浅,我对教学工作不敢怠慢,认真学习,深入研究教法,虚心学习。经过一个学期的努力,获取了很多宝贵的教学经验。一学期来,本人认真备课、上课、听课、评课,及时批改作业、讲评作业,做好课后辅导工作,广泛涉猎各种知识,形成比较完整的知识结构,严格要求学生,尊重学生,发扬教学民主,使学生学有所得,不断提高,从而不断提高自己的教学水*和思想觉悟,并顺利完成教育教学任务。
下面是本人的教学经验及教训。
1、要提高教学质量,关键是上好课。为了上好课,我做了下面的工作:
⑴课前准备:备好课。
①认真钻研教材,对教材的基本思想、基本概念,每句话、每个字都弄清楚,了解教材的结构,重点与难点,掌握知识的逻辑,能运用自如,知道应补充哪些资料,怎样才能教好。
②了解学生原有的知识技能的质量,他们的兴趣、需要、方法、习惯,学习新知识可能会有哪些困难,采取相应的预防措施。
③考虑教法,解决如何把已掌握的教材传授给学生,包括如何组织教材、如何安排每节课的活动。
⑵课堂上的情况。
组织好课堂教学,关注全体学生,注意信息反馈,调动学生的有意注意,使其保持相对稳定性,同时,激发学生的情感,使他们产生愉悦的心境,创造良好的课堂气氛,课堂语言简洁明了,克服了以前重复的毛病,课堂提问面向全体学生,注意引发学生学数学的兴趣,课堂上讲练结合,布置好家庭作业,作业少而精,减轻学生的负担。

三、存在的问题及今后的努力
总体而言，我在今年的工作中取得了一些进展，但仍有许多不足之处。
1、整个班级的学习氛围并不浓厚
2、学生整体基础薄弱，基础英语技能薄弱，有些学生学习态度不正确，学习自主性差，无法独立完成作业。一些学生不能坚持并背诵老师按时指定的单词、句型和课文。
3、写作能力差，许多学生不能造出完整的句子。学生表现严重两极分化，对一些后进生重视不够，优秀学生的培养有待加强。

这次实习，我任高一（x）的英语科任实习老师以及该班的实习班主任。本次实习有三项主要内容：英语教学实习、班主任工作实习和教育调研。基本情况如下：
1、英语教学实习：上新课9节，上重复课9节，听课30节。
2、班主任工作实习：协助班级搞“爱国爱校”黑板报；组织班上学生参加学校歌咏比赛、广播操比赛；组织一次《进步=心态+方法》主题班会。

刚到高明一中的前两个星期，听课是我主要的任务，而此任务一直贯穿我整个实习生涯。我一向认为，有足够的输入才能保证更多的输出。两个月来，我听了整个高一英语科组老师的课，中间也有高三老师的课及队友陈雪卿的课。高一级11位英语老师的讲课方式方法各具特色特点，有较为传统的语法翻译法，也有注重操练的听说法。我很乐意去听同一内容不同老师的课，因为这样可以比较不同老师处理知识点与处理课堂突*况的技巧。我尤其欣赏指导老师黄老师的教学风格，她十分善于调动课堂气氛，能适当地运用多媒体，及在不同班级教授同一内容的时候能适时调整教学方法。每次听课，我都做好笔记与评议，课后老师也会问我意见。这样，在沟通交流后，我对课堂的认识就更加深刻具体细致了。而听队友的课，不仅能帮助队友改进课堂效果，更能以此作为自己的借鉴，因为同是实习教师，我们存在的问题也有相通之处，从这个角度来说，队友的课堂就是一面镜子，从里面我能以旁观者的角度审视自己的课堂，从而发现不足，好好反思，扬长补短。
实习第三周开始，我正式走上讲台，讲了人生中第一节课。课前紧张忙碌备课，不断改进试讲，总的来说，第一节课上得还是很顺利的，教学姿态不错，完成了教学任务，学生配合度与积极性也颇高。课后，黄老师在肯定我这几方面做得比较好的同时，也指出我的不足之处，就是教学环节的设计还存在漏洞，如：应先简单提及所涉及的单词之后再进行讨论。而我也反思了自己的表现：
1、忽略了学案的课前预习导学，当中包含本课时的重点，而且学生无法检查是否写了正确的答案，在后面的回答问题和描述环节无法运用；
2、教学设计上，环节的顺序安排不够严谨紧凑，从导入开始，出现喧宾夺主的情况，衔接不够流畅，学生无法很好的跟上我的思路；
3、没有充分预计各种突*况，如学生在我布置任务或陈述完之前就已经找出答案，学生只按照学案去听课，忽略了老师实际的讲课内容及环节安排，以及学生的提问超出了计划范围等。如此种。种都是我在之后的讲课中需要注意改善改正的地方。而事实证明，在指导老师的帮助下，我的课堂质量一步一步得到提高。
